By accessing or using the services provided by cccam.eu (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, or “the Service”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
1. Service Description
We provide access to CCcam and/or OSCam lines that allow users to test and study Client Card Conditional Access Modules (CAM) using compatible receivers. This service is intended strictly for research and educational purposes.
NOTE: This service has the sole purpose of researching and studying Client Card Conditional Access Module (CAM) behavior. It should not be used to illegally decrypt TV channels or violate any copyright laws.
2. Usage Terms
- Our service is licensed for use on a single receiver (set-top box) only.
- You may decrypt only one channel at a time per active line.
- Using your line on multiple receivers, multiple IP addresses, or sharing it with others is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of these terms may result in permanent suspension without refund.
3. Refund Policy
- All payments are final and non-refundable once the service is delivered.
- Exceptions are made only if the service is completely non-functional and the issue is reported within 24 hours of purchase.
- We do not provide refunds for temporary interruptions, incorrect configuration, or user error.
4. Fair Use & Anti-Abuse Policy
- We reserve the right to monitor all lines for fair use.
- Excessive ECM requests (resharing), will lead to immediate suspension.
- Abuse of the service is taken seriously and may result in blacklisting.
5. Legal Disclaimer
- This service is provided only for testing, educational, and research purposes.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your usage complies with local laws and regulations.
- We do not promote, support, or condone any form of piracy. Use of this service to unlawfully access copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.
6. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service following changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
